The booking of the cottage is subject to availability on first come first serve basis 

It is a two bedroom cottage with 4 beds and can accommodate maximum of two extra guest on floor mattress.

​Do not exceed then total of 6 person.

​Care taker lives on the premises.

​Tariff prices does not include any meal , Wood , Coal or Gas for the Stove although care taker will assist you to get them on additional payment.

​Please use water wisely as it is very precious in Ayubia. Laundry is not allowed. (Laundry facility available in Ayubia Bazar)

​Disturbing the peace, Drinking or any other illegal activity in the premises of Ayubia Cottage will lead to ejection  of the guests immediately  and  legal proceedings.

All Bookings
The terms and conditions detailed below apply to all bookings whether made online  or made by telephone or in person.
When you make a booking, your contract (which includes these terms and conditions) will be with Ayubia Cottage. All rates are subject to availability, all bookings are taken at the discretion of Ayubia cottage..

Payment
you have to Pay 100% advance by Cash, Bank Transfer or cheque (Needs 3 days processing time)

What happens if you need to cancel?
Bookings made via Ayubia Cottage central reservation must be cancelled by calling 92 42 35753450

Ordinary bookings can be cancelled for a full refund before 2pm the day prior to arrival. Later cancellations or no-show will be charged at full rate..

Cancellation by Ayubia Cottage
Very occasionally, we may have to cancel your booking. We will tell you as soon as possible, and offer you an alternative accommodation of the same standard, or higher, or offer a full refund. We regret we cannot pay compensation or any reimbursement of any expenses or costs you may incur as a result of any such cancellation or change.

Force Majeure
Ayubia Cottage cannot accept responsibility or pay any compensation where the performance or prompt performance of the contract is prevented or affected by reason of circumstances which amount to "force majeure". Circumstances amounting to "force majeure" include any event which we could not, even with all due care, foresee or avoid. Such circumstances include the destruction or damage of your accommodation (which cannot reasonably be remedied to a satisfactory standard before the start of your stay) through fire, flood, explosion, storm or other weather damage, break-in, criminal damage, riots or civil strife, industrial action, natural or nuclear disaster, fire, adverse weather conditions, war or threat of war, actual or threatened terrorist activity, epidemic and all similar situations beyond our control.

Rates
All rates quoted are subject to availability. Special rates quoted cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount, offer or promotions.

Extension of Stay
Extension in your stay can be made by calling 042 35753450, subject to availability of cottage.
Check In & Check Out
Check in is from 2pm and check out is 11am.

If you plan to arrive after 7pm, please advise the Central Reservations (042 35753450). Failure to notify of late arrival may result in cottage being resold, and our cancellation terms will apply.

Pets Policy
No pets / animal allowed in the cottage.
